THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING US! LET US OUTLINE SOME RULES SO YOU CAN BE ON YOUR WAY TO ENJOY THIS PLACE!   1. Parking: Guests and visitors can park in the garage AND driveway. Be mindful of the neighbors whose parking is on the street. 2. It’s ok to use the Washer and dryer for your Laundry. Would you please do your washes in bulk instead of multiple small washes? Starter Detergent provided; hence if out, please purchase your own. Check for Lint in the drier before use. 3. NO SMOKING or vaping or HOOKAH is allowed inside the Airbnb. If smoking is detected upon cleaning , There will be a $400 FINE . 4. No parties or events. Its against AIRBNB Policy. This is a quiet neighborhood. 5. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed to spend a night . Notify Host if the guest count goes over 8. After which there will be a fee per head . 6. QUIET time after 9 P.M. Please DO NOT disrupt your neighbors .Failure to comply will result in discontinuation of stay. 7. Please enjoy your meals in the dining room, no eating or drinking in bedrooms. You will be responsible for stain removal caused by drinks on the bedding and carpets or replacing if items are unsalvageable.   8. You are responsible for all your trash. Bag all trash & Recycle . Place trash outside the house in the Large Trash bin on the front side of the house . If you are at the house Monday night , place garbage containers outside on the street for pick up Tuesday morning and bring the container back after pick up . Trash days are Tuesday . 9. Keep a close eye on your children so they won’t run into the street . 10. NO PETS ALLOWED. There will be a $300 FINE 11. Ensure to turn off the lights, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.  12. Report any damages and breakages TO ME in a reasonably timely manner. Guests will pay for damages they’ve caused. 13. Wash the dishes and throw out the garbage before checkout 14. Hot tub - Use with caution , don’t pour any liquids into it as this will cause damage . Leave jets ON and SET temp to 95. 15.LASTLY DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING FROM THE HOUSE - including towels.

Checkout
Please remember that checkout is promptly at 11 A.M.  Any unauthorized late checkouts will be an additional $100 per hour because this impacts the cleaning service / cost to get the unit ready for the next guest. We cannot guarantee late checkouts due to other tenants checking in on the same day.
